• Current pay stub or tax return if self employed

• Proof of full coverage insurance

• References (3family, 5 friends) - Name, address and phone number

• Proof of residence (phone, cable or electric bill, etc.)

• Down Payment

• Title to trade

• Copy of a valid driver license

• Employment information present and previous (name, address and phone number)

• Bankruptcy discharge proof if applicable.
